This privacy policy explains how Curaatlas approaches personal information, contact messages and sensitive medical information during its pre-launch phase.

Curaatlas is an information portal. It is not a clinic, hospital, healthcare provider or emergency service. The site is designed to help readers understand plastic surgery in Tunisia, prepare questions and compare information more carefully.

Complete publisher and legal details will be added before the public launch.

Privacy — current data flows

Curaatlas is operated by Two Lead Digital, a company registered in Tunisia.

Curaatlas currently has no contact form, account system, quote-submission service or medical-document upload feature.

Do not send medical records, test results, prescriptions, identity documents, passport copies, intimate images, wound or complication photographs, payment details or a detailed health history. Curaatlas is not designed to receive or assess sensitive medical files. If sensitive material is sent unexpectedly, it should be restricted and deleted when it is no longer required to handle the incident or comply with a legal obligation.

Curaatlas uses Vercel and Cloudflare within its website hosting, delivery and security infrastructure. These services may process limited technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, security signals and operational logs as part of delivering and protecting the site. Their processing is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy documentation.

Curaatlas does not currently use an analytics platform, advertising tracker, tag manager or session-replay service. If this changes, the privacy information and any required consent controls must be updated before the tool is enabled.

Some browser-based tools may save checklist progress or preferences locally on your device. Local browser storage is intended to remain on that device and is not a medical record or cloud backup. Clearing browser data may remove it.

Correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain appropriate operational or correction records, protect the site, and meet applicable legal obligations. A specific retention schedule, complete processor information, international-transfer details and the full statement of applicable rights remain subject to qualified legal and privacy review before public launch.

Sharing information

Curaatlas may share information only when necessary for the purpose involved, such as with technical service providers that host or operate the site.

If future features involve connecting visitors with clinics, surgeons, agencies or partners, the user should be informed before personal details are shared.

Curaatlas should not present a contact form as private editorial contact if the information is actually forwarded to commercial partners.

Your choices

Depending on the final setup, users may be able to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information. The exact process should be added once the publisher details and contact process are finalized.

For now, privacy-related questions can be sent through the contact page.

Children and sensitive users

Curaatlas is not intended to target children. Plastic surgery and medical-travel information should be approached with particular caution by vulnerable readers. The site should not encourage rushed decisions or the unnecessary sharing of private health information.
