Curaatlas reviewed 191 publicly advertised offers from 12 usable primary provider and clinic sources in Tunisia, checked on 12 October 2026. The figures below are not Curaatlas prices and are not guaranteed quotes: they show what providers were publicly advertising at the time of the review.
For the most common travel-package scopes, typical advertised ranges clustered around €2,000–€2,200 for primary rhinoplasty, €1,650–€2,100 for conventional liposuction, €2,200–€2,600 for standard abdominoplasty, and €2,250–€2,600 for breast augmentation. The exact variant matters: revision rhinoplasty, multi-zone liposuction, implant type, graft count and combined procedures can sit outside those family-level bands.

The “typical advertised range” is not the lowest and highest price Curaatlas found. It is a presentation band derived from the central cluster of comparable advertised package prices. The broader observed range shows the wider market values captured in the research. Different procedure variants are not interchangeable.
How Curaatlas calculated these ranges
We audited 14 sources. Twelve official provider or clinic sources were usable for the market dataset: 3 were graded A and 9 were graded B. Two additional sites were reviewed but excluded because a stable current public tariff grid could not be verified.
For comparable point-price offers, Curaatlas calculated the median and quartiles. The typical band is based on the Q1–Q3 range, with display values rounded to useful €50 boundaries. Advertised price intervals can contribute to the broader observed range, but they do not distort the median or quartiles. Surgery-only or unclear-scope offers remain in the research record but are not treated as equivalent to travel packages.
This matters because a €1,600 clinic-only figure and a €2,300 package containing clinic, hotel and transfers may both be real advertised prices while describing different products.
What is usually included in a Tunisia package?
Across the comparable offers, the most consistent medical components were:
Usually included
- surgeon fee;
- anesthesia / anesthetist;
- operating room and clinic stay.
Often included
- hotel accommodation;
- airport, clinic and hotel transfers;
- pre- and postoperative consultations;
- postoperative follow-up.
Variable — verify in writing
- preoperative tests;
- medicines after discharge;
- compression garments or surgical bras;
- nursing at the hotel;
- implant brand or tier;
- companion costs;
- additional nights.
Often excluded
- airfare;
- personal or hotel extras;
- travel insurance;
- tests completed in your home country before travel.
“All-inclusive” should therefore be treated as a package label, not a standardized definition. Compare the actual inclusions and exclusions in the written quote.
Rhinoplasty: primary, ethnic, revision and septorhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty showed good comparability for several variants.
| Variant | Typical advertised range | Observed range | Providers | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Primary rhinoplasty | €2,000–€2,200 | €1,300–€2,500 | 12 | High |
| Ethnic rhinoplasty | €2,350–€2,400 | €1,850–€2,900 | 10 | High |
| Revision rhinoplasty | €2,450–€2,700 | €2,350–€2,790 | 3 | Medium |
| Septorhinoplasty | €2,400–€2,700 | €2,390–€2,900 | 7 | High |
A quote should state which procedure is actually planned. Functional work, revision complexity, imaging or tests, hotel nights and the scope of postoperative care can all change the final quote.
Liposuction: the number and definition of zones matter
“Liposuction” was one of the least standardized labels in the market. Providers use zone counts, size categories, “complete” liposuction, 360, HD and VASER terminology differently.
| Variant | Typical advertised range | Observed range | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 zone | €1,400–€1,700 | €1,390–€1,800 | Medium |
| 2 zones | €1,550–€1,750 | €1,590–€1,890 | Medium |
| 3 zones | €1,750–€2,050 | €1,790–€2,290 | Medium |
| 4+ zones | €2,050–€2,350 | €1,990–€2,490 | Medium |
| Liposuction 360 | €2,450–€2,500 | €2,490 | Low |
Do not assume that “complete liposuction” means the same anatomical areas at two providers. Ask for the exact areas, technique, garment, clinic stay and package inclusions.
Abdominoplasty: mini, standard and combined liposuction
| Variant | Typical advertised range | Observed range | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mini abdominoplasty | €2,150–€2,350 | €2,190–€2,450 | Medium |
| Standard abdominoplasty | €2,200–€2,600 | €1,890–€3,200 | High |
| With abdominal liposuction | €2,650–€3,000 | €2,600–€2,990 | Medium |
| With multi-zone liposuction | €3,000–€3,250 | €2,950–€3,290 | Low |
The price can change with the exact surgical scope, associated liposuction, number of nights, garment policy and aftercare. A combined offer should describe the combined procedures rather than simply use a higher package total.
Breast augmentation: check whether implants are included
| Variant | Typical advertised range | Observed range | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Round implants | €2,300–€2,600 | €1,990–€2,650 | High |
| Anatomical implants | €2,450–€2,600 | €2,290–€2,750 | Medium |
| Implant type not specified | €2,200–€2,450 | €1,600–€3,200 | High |
A useful quote should say whether implants are included and, where available, specify shape, brand or tier. Implant choice, package tier, garment, length of stay and additional procedures can affect the final amount.
Breast lift and breast reduction
Breast-lift prices differ significantly depending on whether implants are part of the procedure.
| Procedure / variant | Typical advertised range | Observed range | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Breast lift without implants | €2,050–€2,400 | €1,500–€3,100 | High |
| Breast lift with implants | €2,500–€2,700 | €2,200–€2,900 | Medium |
| Breast lift with round implants | €2,800–€3,050 | €2,790–€3,500 | Medium |
| Standard breast reduction | €2,200–€2,650 | €2,050–€3,200 | High |
A quote for a breast lift should not be compared with an implant-inclusive lift unless the implant component is clearly separated. For breast reduction, the advertised package may not reveal the full operative scope or whether associated lifting is implicit.
Blepharoplasty: upper, lower, two or four eyelids
| Variant | Typical advertised range | Observed range | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upper eyelids | €1,300–€1,500 | €1,100–€1,500 | Medium |
| Lower eyelids | €1,300–€1,550 | €1,200–€1,600 | Medium |
| “2 eyelids” offers | €1,550–€1,700 | €1,190–€1,700 | High |
| “4 eyelids” offers | €1,600–€1,900 | €1,400–€2,000 | High |
The expression “two eyelids” is not always explained the same way. Confirm the exact upper/lower scope and whether anesthesia, clinic stay and hotel services are part of the offer.
Hair transplant: useful family range, weaker variant comparability
Across the main hair-transplant offers, the family-level typical advertised band was €1,950–€2,700, with a broader observed range of €1,500–€3,150.
Curaatlas found many graft-count tiers, but most individual graft brackets were represented by only one or two providers. Those variant-level estimates are therefore low-confidence and should not be presented as a universal “price per graft” market rate.
Before comparing offers, check:
- FUE, DHI or another technique;
- estimated graft count and how grafts are counted;
- whether the price is per session or package;
- donor-area assessment;
- hotel and transfers;
- medicines or aftercare kit;
- postoperative checks.
Why can two advertised prices differ so much?
The research repeatedly found six drivers of apparent price differences:
- Different surgical scope. Primary and revision surgery, one versus several zones, or surgery with/without implants are different products.
- Different package scope. Hotel, transfers, clinic nights and aftercare may or may not be bundled.
- Different device or implant tier. Implant shape, brand or package tier can change the advertised amount.
- Different stay length. The number of clinic and hotel nights is not standardized.
- “From” price versus fixed quote. Many public prices are starting figures, not final individualized quotations.
- Source freshness and cross-page conflicts. Several providers displayed conflicting figures across older pages, current tariff grids or cached search results.
Curaatlas documented conflicts instead of silently choosing whichever figure looked most convenient.
Which sources were used?
Usable primary pricing sources included:
- Punica Med — explicit 2026 tariff grid;
- Med Assistance — explicit 2026 package grid;
- ESTHETOUR — explicit 2026 tariff sections;
- Medicalys;
- Idealmed;
- Carthagomed;
- Estetika Tour;
- THE Esthétique;
- Tunisie Esthétique;
- Clinique.tn;
- Chirurgie Esthétique en Tunisie;
- Centre esthétique Clinique Carthagène.
The last source was retained for contextual raw prices but excluded from comparable travel-package statistics where its short clinic-stay scope was not demonstrably equivalent. Medespoir and Medevasion were audited but excluded from price calculations because Curaatlas could not verify a stable current public tariff grid on the research date.
Before treating a public price as your expected cost
Ask for a written, individualized quote and verify:
- the exact procedure and variant;
- surgeon and anesthetist fees;
- clinic / operating-room costs;
- implants or devices where relevant;
- tests, medicines and garments;
- clinic and hotel nights;
- transfers;
- postoperative checks;
- follow-up after returning home;
- circumstances that could generate an extra charge.
A public price is useful for understanding the market. It is not a promise of what your own procedure will cost.
